LY-801 wani nau'in halitta ne na tushen carbonoxylate don polypropylene. It is a high-efficiency PP

nucleatingagent developed through special surface modification combined with super-dispersion

technology. It features excellent dispersibility and effectively induces nucleation. It increases the

stiffness of polypropylene resin while maintaining toughness, achieving an excellent stiffness-toughness

balance, and can also reduce the odor of PP resin. It is suitable for the development and production

of specialty compounds such as PPH for thin-wall injection molding, PPH high crystallinity, and PPB

for stiffness enhancement. These specialty compounds are widely used in processing applications such

as food packaging, extruded sheets, small household appliances, automobiles, new energy,

and PP modification.

Usage Method

The recommended addition amount of LY-801 is 300~1000 ppm. It can be accurately and continuously

metered and added via the additive scale in the petrochemical plant’s polypropylene unit. Alternatively,

LY-801 can first be combined with the primary antioxidant system to form an additive package before addition.

Compounders and product manufacturers can optimize the addition method based on the target application

and processing technology. It is recommended that companies conduct small-scale formula evaluation trials

based on the target product’s processing technology, performance requirements, and application scenarios to
