◆간략한 소개

LY-801L is an organic carboxylate-based polypropylene nucleating agent. Developed through

specialized surface modification combined with super-dispersion technology, this blue-phase

high-efficiency nucleating agent exhibits excellent dispersibility and effectively induces nucleation.

It enhances the rigidity of polypropylene resin while maintaining its toughness, achieving an optimal

balance between stiffness and toughness. It also delivers excellent transparency and yellowing reduction.

◆ 애플리케이션

It is suitable for developing specialized compounds such as PPH thin-wall injection molding grades,

high-crystallinity PPH grades, and PPB rigidifying grades. These specialized compounds find extensive

applications in food packaging, extruded sheets, small appliances, automotive components, new energy

◆ Usuage:

The recommended dosage for LY-801L is 300–1000 ppm. It can be accurately and continuously metered

via additive scales in petrochemical plants’ polypropylene units. Alternatively, LY-801 can be

pre-compounded with the primary antioxidant system into a premix or composite additive package before use.

Modification enterprises and plastic product manufacturers may optimize the addition method
